In the infant stages of the Bible Baptist Fellowship Church there was a vision for a Christian School. In recent years God had begun to lay a burden upon Pastor Heitmans heart to begin this ministry. In the Spring of 2004, this burden began to become a reality, in August of 2004, Berean Baptist School opened its doors. God gave Pastor Heitman Acts 17:11 as the verse for the School. Berean Baptist School operates as a non-profit ministry of the Bible Baptist Fellowship Church. THe school is currently housed in the facilities of the Bible Baptist Fellowship Church. THe School is associated with the American Association of Christian Schools (AASC) and the West Virginia Christian Education Association (WVCES). Berean Baptist currently uses the Abeka Book Cirriculm from Pensacola Christian College. Some of our classes are taught on DVD, with a teacher monitoring and helping the students. A few of our classes are traditionally taught. We offer k-4 through twelfth grade. Both the Church and School are Fundamental, Independant, and Baptist. Both stand unapolagetically upon the King James Bible as God's Preserved Word for the English Speaking People. The school sponsors a girls volleyball team and a boys basketball team.
